Teen Peer Leaders Fellowship

Federation’s Teen Peer Leaders Fellowship (PLF) is a paid program for Jewish highschoolers (grades 9-12) interested in making a difference for other Jewish teens and future generations. Fellows help our community better understand and serve teens by building relationships with their Jewish peers, while deepening engagement in Jewish life and strengthening their Jewish identity.

Fellows participate in training sessions, gain real-life resume building skills, and receive up to $750 each month for their time and work. Fellows are presented with a monthly objective and goals for data collection on a certain topic of focus, such as Jewish life, teen mental health and wellness, and other topics chosen by the PLF cohort.
