What shared identities, beliefs, and heritages are represented in the Jewish community? How does this knowledge inform my work as a Jewish leader?

What might it look like to hold more than one narrative around Israel and how can I share that possibility with my organization?

How does tribalism represent itself in my institution and what can I do to establish healthy conversation and discourses
