Dr. Brosh is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Policy and Strategy and Director of Diplomacy and Conflict Studies at the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy and Strategy, at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel. His expertise is in the field of nuclear politics, strategy in the nuclear age, deterrence and strategic development; nuclear proliferation and political, strategic and technological issues of weapons of mass destruction. He has served as a senior analyst with Israel’s Prime Minister's Office. Dr. Brosh holds an MA and a PhD in Political Science from Hebrew University and was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. Dr. Brosh's residency at SDSU is supported by the Murray Galinson San Diego –Israel Initiative in partnership with the Israel Institute.
