Through immersive travel experiences, Federation is bridging the gap between San Diego and Jewish communities across the globe – fostering a sense of peoplehood that unites us as Jews throughout the world.

Inspired by Jewish values, Women’s Philanthropy broadens and deepens engagement in Jewish life to strengthen Jewish identity, foster dynamic connections with Israel, and care for all Jews in need. This passionate and diverse community of women raises more than 1/3 of funds directed towards Federation’s annual campaign each year.

Federation and our partners offer a variety of leadership development and networking opportunities for Jewish professionals of all ages and experience levels, teens and lay leaders interested in deepening their engagement with Jewish life and building an enduring Jewish community.

In our commitment to building a vibrant Jewish future, Federation provides immersive experiences that help teens strengthen their Jewish identity and create meaningful, lifelong connections with their community and peers.

NextGen serves as a hub for young Jewish professionals ages 21-45 to forge meaningful relationships, establish connections, and provide support to Federation’s initiatives.
