October 7th: Marking One Year
San Diego Community Commemoration

Just days after the events of October 7, 2023, more than 4,500 people from across San Diego gathered for a Solidarity Vigil for Israel. Together, we mourned, reflected, and found strength in unity as we faced the reality of conflict affecting our brothers and sisters overseas. Emotions ran deep as speakers shared heartfelt messages, calling for peace and demonstrating our unwavering support for Israel. The vigil was not only a time to grieve but also a powerful statement of our collective resolve against adversity.

One year later, we will gather once again to commemorate the anniversary of this world-altering event. As we reflect on all that has happened since, we will reaffirm our community’s strength and commitment to Israel. United, we will envision a future of peace and solidarity, ensuring that the lessons learned and the memories of those we lost guide us forward.

With unity and shared purpose, courage and hope, we invite you to join us in meeting this moment – together.
